Experienced U.S. drivers who come on board receive a sign-on bonus of $1,500 to be paid as follows:
$500 after 90 days
$500 after 1 year, and $500 after 18 months

For Owner Operator a bonus of $1,000 to be paid as follows:
$500 after 90 days, and $500 after 1 year
